Data Compilation System for Inkjet Device

Direct inkjet data output from CAD data

DFM Inkjet makes available a wide range of unique functions to improve and stabilize yield rates. These include vector to/from raster conversion, a reinforcing function for locations where disconnection may occur due to output resolution (pixel count), a thinning processing that allows for ink blurring, and shape difference comparison of the output raster data and CAD data, adjusted for impact diameter.

As a result, people involved in design and manufacturing can easily compile manufacturing data from design data, and manufacturing can progress while reciprocally comparing the actual manufacturing image with the design data.
With DFM Inkjet, inkjet device data can be easily and automatically compiled from all kinds of CAD data, making it possible to constantly maintain high product quality, while at the same time leading to a big reduction in production costs.
